Zenith IOS was established in 2020 as an early aggregator in the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sector. Since then, the firm has grown to be a fully vertically integrated platform with in-house professionals overseeing acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, property management, development, and finance.
